Our biggest obstacle to happiness and peace is our mistaken belief that we are not connected to anything outside of us or the life emanating and flowing all around us.. that we are separate, existing and alone in our singular physical containers. We believe that our bodies are where we begin and end. That our minds define our existence and our incessant and limited thinking are our only reality and truth. Enlightenment is not something abstract, only for martyrs or those who have dedicated their lives to spirituality… Enlightenment is the awakening to the fact that we are all connected, energetically, like ripples and waves throughout the universe. Each of us has a vibration, our soul or light within us that radiates a frequency. This frequency governs who we find ourselves with and the situations we find ourselves in. We are unaware that we create our external present by this energy we form and emanate. Our soul is an energy that has manifested into this physical existence, every cell in our body is vibrating to keep us in this form, solid. Take a moment and watch the miracle of conception, the spontaneous merging of the X and Y chromo zones, the multiplication and replication of a few stem cells which grow and hold the instructions for every major life organ in the body, which form quickly into a beating heart.. no true explanation why these cells stay together other than our knowledge of DNA instruction. In this process the cells actually vibrate at such a rapid speed to create all the necessary organs which eventually turn into a fetus. This energy has no true beginning or ending, it simply happens and creates life. Most mammals on earth begin this way. That energy source that we originated from is the same in all of us. We are connected to everyone and everything, but we walk around acting as if our neighbor is an object, a deer is a wild animal, a tree is shade. Even a rock is a solid manifestation of energy as a solid form. If it had no form, no energy it would be dust, it couldn’t exist… If we realized that we were all the same energy and everything on our planet was simply a different manifestation of the same energy we would learn to recognize that when we hurt someone we are hurting ourselves, when we destroy a part of the planet we destroy a part of our selves. We are actually causing our own pain and suffering, by not seeing everything around us as a part of us, and treating everything we touch or interact with, as a part of us… This simple shift in conscious awareness that you are part of everything will change the world..
