If something isn’t the way you want it, change it. Often simply a change in our perspective, changes the experience… And feelings are our pathway to do so. Feelings are a frequency we resonate, an energy we travel (sometimes we feel sad, hurt, happy, mad, then it passes). If you can learn to experience your feelings without judgment it will lead you to a different perspective. But, negative emotion needs to be felt to burn out to lose its power. It is when we deny it, it gains strength. And, if you can learn to detach from another when off on a tangent of emotion (especially anger or a temper tantrum)… usually they will come back to you, if you let them burn off that energy without taking it personally.
