If someone is unwilling to deal with their hurt or pain, we have to let go. If they choose to remain guarded, not talk through things, be honest, or heal, we cannot make them or force them. Sometimes the pain is so deep they can’t see it’s blocking them. It is their right and in their time to process, where they want to go. Many prefer to stay and resonate in suffering, hurt, or fear. It is often easier to stay there, be safe, then to move forward. We cannot coerce, beg, force, or love someone to move forward. The only way to move forward is if each person recognizes, acknowledges, and is willing to move through their own pain… © Jodi Healy – if you like this please share, someone else may too
